If you are looking to get away from the screens and involved in outdoor activities and helping your community then BSA Troop 28 is the place for you!

Troop 28 is chartered by the American Legion Post 194 in Rising Sun, MD, and consists of boys ages 11-17 from across Northern Cecil County. We are proud of our tradition and service to our community, state, and nation. We invite any interested boy to join our unit. We are part of the Octoraro District in the Chester County Council. We hold closely to the 12 points of the Scout Law in our day to day activities.
